The second hand machines are sold in the following different conditions:
AS IT IS
The machine is supplied as is after disassembling.
IN WORKING CONDITIONS
The machine is cleaned and mechanically and electrically tested with replacement of defective parts.
Testing of machine is carried on in the presence of the customer.
FULLY RECONDITIONS
The machine is completely disassembled and sanblasted, treated with anti-rust primer and painted with particolar colors at 2 components.
The most defects parts are repaired.
All mechanical, electrical and pneumatic parts are assembled and the demaged parts are replaced.
The customer attends at the final testing.
TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION
For the majority of machines we supply full documentation such as:
- instruction manuals
- foundation drawings
- electrical and pneumatic diagram
INSTALLATION / START UP / TRAINING SERVICE
A technician can be provid on request for the proper installation and start up.
AFTER SALES TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
In order to reduce at minimun the stop of machine we can provide a wide range of spare parts by our large warehouse.
SHIPMENT
The machines are shipped by 20' or 40' open top containers and fixed to the cntrs through cranes by means of steel wire ropes.
